Fly your thesis! campaign. Flown, more or less, once per year in Bordeaux/France. Before 2009, the campaign was called ESA's Student Parabolic Flight Campaign (link does not work anymore).

CNES parabolic flight campaign. CNES arranges flights twice per year, one student team accepted for each flight. Nationality does not matter but the used language is French. In French style there is of course no permanent link for the campaign, so the above link does not probably work.

Novespace arranges practically all the parabolic flights in Europe with their A300 Zero-G aircraft. Thus you can find all the organisations that are arranging flights from their web page.
